With the extension, phone calls routed through GV can be made directly from ANY apps (e.g., Phone, SMS, Contacts, Safari, Voice Control, etc.). 5 modes available: GV Direct Dial, GV Call Back, GV Offline Dial (with the 2nd and 3rd and an a-list it uses no minutes; moreover the 3rd uses no data), Carrier, and Ask Before Dialing. Also provides a Dialing Rules Editor app to edit advanced dialing rules for per-phone-number and/or prefix (e.g., +1) mode settings.

It provides the same calling experience as carrier calls in Phone app: the real recipient caller ID’s are displayed in dialing & in-call interface and in Call History instead of random GV #’s. Details
